At Saber Technologies, we believe privacy is not a feature; it is a fundamental human right. We built the Saber device and its Squad-Model Architecture specifically to minimize cloud dependency and maximize on-device processing. This means the vast majority of your data never leaves your device.

2. Information We Collect

When you pre-order a Saber device or interact with our website, we collect minimal information necessary to fulfill your request:

• Contact Information (Name, Email, Shipping Address)
• Payment Information (processed securely via our trusted payment providers, e.g., Stripe)
• Website Usage Data (anonymous analytics to improve our digital experience)

Important: We do not collect, monitor, or monetize the biometric, voice, or visual data processed by your Saber device. Your local Meta (Llama) foundation model operates entirely offline.

3. How Your Device Handles Data

The Saber OS utilizes a dynamic routing architecture. Here is how your data is treated when cloud computation is absolutely necessary:

• Local First: 100% of your personal context, biometrics, and sensitive settings are locked in the secure hardware enclave and processed by the offline Meta node.
• Anonymized Routing: When tasks require heavy multimodal reasoning (e.g., Gemini) or deep logic (e.g., OpenAI), the Saber OS strips your identity from the payload, sending only the raw, anonymized cryptographic prompt necessary to complete the task via our secure AWS Enterprise Backbone.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties when it is strictly necessary to fulfill your pre-order (e.g., shipping carriers and payment processors) or when legally required to do so by a verified court order.
