1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or placing a pre-order for the Saber device, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Pre-orders and Payments

When you place a pre-order for the Saber device:

• You agree to pay the stated price ($1,299.00 USD) via our secure checkout process.
• Pre-order fulfillment dates (e.g., "Arriving this autumn") are estimates and subject to manufacturing and supply chain variables. We will communicate any delays transparently.
• You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the device ships.

3. Device Usage and AI Services

The Saber device relies on both local hardware and third-party cloud AI nodes (Groq, Google Gemini, OpenAI). While we guarantee the uptime of the Saber OS and local Meta model, the availability of cloud-based AI services is subject to the operational status of our partners. We reserve the right to dynamically route traffic or change AI providers within the Squad-Model architecture to maintain optimal performance.

4. Intellectual Property

The Saber device design, software, trademarks (including the SΛBΞR logo), and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Saber Technologies (a subsidiary of Power). You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, or reproduce our proprietary hardware or software without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Saber Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Saber device or website, including but not limited to data loss resulting from third-party AI hallucination or network failures.
